    2. I've always liked Lee Marvin. He seems so cool in the movies I've seen him in. Well, all except Cat Ballou (1965) where he was actually funny. Most of the time he is just cool. 6. A detective that looks like Lee Marvin but knows that he isn't that Lee Marvin. A shoe salesman and Henry the Eighth having dinner in a fancy restaurant. A dame needing protecting. What more do you need to know? This is a delightful blending of science fiction and noir mystery. I have read stories that are similar but this one stands out. There are some nice twists and Lee Marvin makes an interesting lead. Give it a shot.
