    1. “This little girl was saving my life even if she’d never be able to understand how. She was my reason for existing. She was my everything. My heart didn’t just belong to Kat anymore. She was going to have to share it with our daughter.”Love Survives is Book two in the Love Suicide Series. My recommendation is to read Love Suicide first. Why? So you can connect with Kat more and understand her situation. Love Suicide was written from Kat's POV. Now Love Survives is from Brook's POV. I rea [...]

    2. The first book in this series was out a year ago and that's when I read it. There are a few hundred books from then to now in my mind, so when I started reading Love Survives it sounded very familiar, but I didn't realize why. Glancing at my and seeing it checked "Want to Read" I just shrugged and kept on reading, not looking into it any further.Turns out that Love Survives (which I had read) is the same story as Love's Suicide only from Brook's POV and I kind of wished I would have stuck with [...]

    3. Received an arc of title through InkSlinger PR in exchange for an honest review; original post can be found at:mnonmklreviews/20I'm not quite sure what to say about this bookIt had it's pluses and minuses for me. There were many 3 and 3.5 star worthy moments, but equally, the story drew me in. Those parts made me realize a 3.5 certainly wasn't fair, but neither did I feel the story deserved more than 4 stars. Now here's my reasoning why. While it's not the tense that bothered me (it is, after all, [...]

    4. * A review copy was provided by the author in exchange for an honest review * Link ---->> NOW LIVE Love Survives (Love Suicide Book 2)~ 5 "I LOVE Brooks" Stars ~I have to say I was lucky enough to be able to Beta read Love Survives for Jennifer Foor. To this day Love's Suicide is my All Time Favorite books of Jenn Foor's, so when I heard she was writing another version (Brooks's POV) I was stoked. Love Survives was just as fabulous as Love's Suicide. This book just reiterated why I LOVE B [...]

    5. My Favorite Read of 2015 Hands down Okay have you ever read a book that just totally rips you apart and makes your heart Feel so full All at the same time, well I just finished that book, and I think that It has my head so beautifully Numb and so many feelings going through it all the same time that I truly don't even know how to put it into words right now. I don't even think words that I put on paper could describe this overwhelming feeling that I have for this story. I could cry just thinking [...]

    6. I didn't read the first book in this series, and didn't need to. Brooks Valentine is hopelessly in love with his next-door neighbor, Katy. She is his first everything. Shame she is also the first everything to his twin brother, Branch. (view spoiler)[Of course, I didn't have a lot of sympathy for Brooks when he's impersonating his twin and having unprotected sex with Katy on the anniversary of her parents' death I almost DNF'ed right there. (hide spoiler)]The whole time Brooks is miserable. His [...]

    7. 3.5 StarsLove Survives is book two in the Love Suicide Series by Jenn Foor. You do not have to read book one in order to read book two. That being said. I did not read book one.I was conflicted with this book. The story is of Brooks Valentine and his lifelong love for his next door neighbor, Kathryn Michaels. Brooks has been in love with Katy since they were 12, the only problem is Branch, Brooks twin brother, has always been in his way. This causes Brooks' life into a downward spiral. The whole [...]

    8. ☆ 3.5 Stars ☆I liked Love’s Suicide, but I think I enjoyed this one a bit more. I love to read a male’s POV and I was looking forward to hearing from Brooks. Even though many scenes are the same in both books, we get to experience what Brooks endured after walking away and joining the military. Brooks faces the devastation fighting overseas while he is still trying to recover from the loss of Katy. He goes through so much misery, pain, and loneliness that it will break your heart. In the [...]

    9. I didn't think I could love this series more. Being in Brooks Valentine's head made me love more. Made me cry more. Made me feel more. He may have wanted to be numb but my goodness I felt everything. I can be sceptical at times of the same book but from the opposite protagonist's PoV. But I knew that Jennifer Foor wouldn't do that to us. For starters, they were apart for years! We know what Katy did. We knew where Brooks was. But how was he? What was he doing? How was he coping? The most emotiona [...]

    10. I absolutely loved Love's Suicide and completely fell in love with Katy and Brooks. I was quite sad when the book ended. One day when scrolling through my emails I seen that Jennifer was offering ARC's for Love Survives and I screamed. Yep, I'm in love with a fictional character and I am not ashamed. Reading from Brooks' POV puts the story in new perspective. He went to war and saw things that have scarred him for life yet he held onto his reason for living Katy. He loved her and his love for he [...]

    11. "She doesn't need to be given away since she's always been mine."There's no use denying my love for Brooks Valentine. I loved him in Love's Suicide and I believe I love him even more after Love Survives. As much of this book that is the same, there is so much that is different. Obviously if you read Love's Suicide you know how much time Brooks and Kat spent apart. To get Brooks' POV and to feel his hopelessness and despair at times was utterly heartbreaking. But I absolutely adored the way he lo [...]

    12. I fell in LOVE all over again for Brooks Valentine in this emotional sometimes heartbreaking account of the events of his life from about ten and his time with his family including his twin brother , Branch and their next story neighbor and best friend Katy. Love's Suicide was told from Katy's POV and this one is from Brooks. It is the same story and it's not . He recounts things that happened in first book but, in a totally different way and in Jenn's writing you get a whole new pieces of the p [...]

    16. Review originally posted at Ramblings From This ChickI have been waiting for this book for what feels like forever. I really loved Love's Suicide and felt like the biggest thing missing was Brooks' POV. I wanted to see inside his head, and also see what he experienced when he was away from Kat. This book was such an emotional read for me, and I think I felt the story so much deeper this time around. I didn't think it was possible for me to love Brooks any more than I already did, but Jennifer Fo [...]

    17. Jennifer Foor made us fall in love with Brooks Valentine in Loves Suicide. Katy and Brooks story was heartbreakingly beautiful. We were ecstatic when we heard Jenn was writing Love Survives, told in Brooks' POV, we were dying and hoping that one day Jenn would give us his story. We don't know how it was possible for Jenn to make us fall even more in love with Brooks but she did. The pain, loss and love just radiates through Brooks. If you thought Loves Suicide touched your heart, be prepared to [...]

    18. Readers who read the previous book in this series, Love's Suicide, will already have an inkling of what to expect from this book. For those new to this emotionally intense read you'll be put through the wringer to see the actions of that story in a whole new light as told from the perspective of Brooks. While you can read this book on its own you'll find a more well-rounded and emotionally compelling story by reading both books as there's lots of thoughts and feelings not spoken aloud. On its ow [...]

But, sometimes, regardless of how much effort is put into making a relationship work, fate steps in and plays its role – a role that can destroy as well as heal…imprison as well as free.Love Hurts, book one in Jennifer Foor’s Love’s Suicide series, teaches readers that true love never really dies…it just has to find the perfect time to LIVE! 20. Love Survives by Jennifer Foor is the second book in the Love Suicide series. I have read the first book in this series, Love’s Suicide. It is from the heroine’s POV. The second book is from the hero’s POV. Love Survives can be read as a stand alone romance.Out of the two books in this series, each from a different characters POV, I have to say I liked Love Survives better. Love Survives is from Brook’s POV. In my opinion, he was the main focus in this series. He is the one that was loya [...]

    21. **JEN'S REVIEW**“This story I’m about to tell you is rocky, It will rip you apart and possibly put you back together again. I know this because it’s my story.”I knew there was a reason why I loved Brooks so much from the first book. This book totally solidified all those reasons why I fell in love with him in the first place. Love Survives in essence is a retelling of Love’s Suicide but in Brook’s POV. HOWEVER, Jennifer gives us so much more than just a retelling. We get a front row [...]

    23. Anyone who reads my reviews knows I cannot resist a male POV , it can be a stand alone , a continuation or a story just retold by him and I will read it !! I love being in the guys head especially when the story is so heartbreaking like this one. I mean Love's Suicide ripped me to shreds , yes I had moments of annoyance and moments of dread but the story as a whole was beautiful and heartbreaking so I know this will be worse because Brooks is such a great guy , so genuine , selfless and everythi [...]

    24. First off I will say that I read Love's Suicide first. I don't really know the best order to tell someone to read the books, but I'm thinking reading book one would be the best route. This is NOT a repeat story. There are many encounters in this book that we certainly don't get in book one. This book is written in Brooks' point of view. This is not simply a retell from his point of view. I am so glad to get this point of view. I love Brooks. He stole my heart in book one and this book just confi [...]

    25. Love Survives by Jennifer FoorKaty “Kat” Michaels has had it rough. The lost of her parents on the most horrific time in 2001. She however had the best family to help her pull through it. Branch and Brooks her best friends will always be her favorite people in life. So she thought. Branch was more the funny twin the one who would pick on her since she was young. Brooks was her survivor always caring and loving to Katy. Once they are older Branch wants more he want Katy and he made sure that [...]

    26. And now we get Brooks POV. What a love triangle. From the prologue, this gripped my heart and wouldn't let go.Katy was raised by her parents best friends due to the tragedies of 9-11. But, along with her guardians came twin sons, Branch & Brooks, who were there for each other through lifes trials and tribulations.Falling in love with both brothers and only getting one was a hard choice for Katy. Deciding if she had made the right choice was even harder. Throw in the mix that one brother was [...]

Even though I knew the story of Brooks and Kat, I still was not prepared for reading/hearing it from Brooks POV.Learning how Brooks dealt with all of Branch's selfish and very callous attitude. Branch really did not deserve to get Katy.It seemed everyone in the family knew how deep the love Katy and Brooks was, except her!Seeing how Brooks dealt with the knowledge of being the one who was there for Katy on the anniversary of her parents death, with how he coped with his deploymen [...]

I love all of Jennifer Foors books, I was obsessed with the Mitchell series and while I kinda lost my way with the Healeys, the last couple have made up for it But this one, when I first read Loves Suicide I was heartbroken . Especially Kat well no, Especially Brooks, he done them so dirty I wanted to torture him for all the hurt he inflicted on themI kinda hated the [...]
