    2. National Treasure: Book of Secrets by Ann Lloyd Why did you decide to read this book?. I always wondered if this was a book, as I LOVE the movies. I remember watching the movies as a young girl. Ever so often I get the movies out to watch them again as I love them so much. 3. I read this with my oldest daughter, who is 11 and LOVED the first movie. She's a huge history buff, and really gets into all the clues and mystery aspect of the story. Not incredibly well-written -- it focuses on moving the plot forward and is obviously written for young kids. The movie promises to be fun and full of adventure just like the first one -- so that's a plus.

    4. This book may be Historical Fiction but this book is worth a reread. This includes Ben Gates , Riley, Abilgail, Patrick, and Emily. They find so many clues that will help cloear the Gates family name after Wilkinson made them look like criminals. They found the native american gold ,but Wilkinson died at the end saving them from the water.

    5. As a fan of the "National Treasure" movies I was disappointed to find no novels for "National Treasure" or "Book Of Secrets". So I had to settle for a junior novel of "Book Of Secrets" which was an enjoyable read uneven for an adult.
