    2. Until the EndI was completely thrilled to enjoyed another amazing story of Beachwood Bay. Including the entire memory and the final day of Summer for both Brit and Hunter. Before he leaves, never even knowing if he will return to her. I so adored this book. It was so dear to my heart. Written by the amazing writer, Melody Grace.Hunter was so angry, and upset. Being forced to attend with his family to celebrate the end of the holidays and for their son, Hunter who was now about to start Universit [...]

    3. Other reviews at The Book Babe's Reads. Due to copy and paste, formatting has been lost.I didn't really love Untamed Hearts. I thought that I would, because all of Melody Grace's covers are so pretty - I'm a cover whore. I can't help it. I snatched this up on a freebie day, only to find out that I didn't love it. It was too rushed. I generally like prequel books, but I found that I just couldn't believe that after one night they were in love.Their relationship is based entirely on sex. That's ob [...]

    4. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this series. I am so thankful to Bethany Carter for recommending this series to me. This Prequel is NO different. I fell in love with Brit in Unbroken (book 1) and then Hunter in Unafraid (book 2) but this Prequel made me love them both even more. This book is about their one night together in the past. It is lightly touched on in Unafraid but this one gives you the details of what happened. This book doesn't have to be read before Unafraid but it definitely gives you [...]

    6. If I could give this book less than one star, I would. I read this because I wanted to read a chic lit novel and this one was free on ibooks. It was too short to have much of a real plot so it was really just erotica feebly passing as a half-ass romance novel. The sudden lust and attraction felt for someone you have never talked to and the subsequent codependency formed after ten minutes of being together in not just unrealistic but on the whole unhealthy, and simply feeds into misconstrued idea [...]

    7. Brit is wounded ”I would never let myself believe in love… everyone I love always leaves me in the end.”Hunter is searching ”there are some things more important than money. Like passion, freedom.” They are both strangers ”connected by nothing but this inexplicable bond between us. Strong enough to make my heart skip.”They’re fairytale does not start with “A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away” or “Once upon a time” They’re story starts with one cute introduction [...]

    8. Loved this short, sweet, and steamy novella. I recently went on vacation and pretty much had a Melody Grace book binge. This book picks up right where I wanted, which is learning the background about Brit. I wanted to hear about where Brit and Hunter began. They had one night, a party, then a secret sanctuary, and then the blinding reality of sunrise. Brit and Hunter are inexplicably drawn to each other; however, Brit knows that if anyone has the power to break the walls she has build around her [...]

    9. Heartbreaking. Beautifully written.EXTRAORDINARY cover. I read it after I finished "Unafraid", and let me tell you what, once finished I had to re-open "Unafraid" and re-read it. Really well written and well plotted prequel.

    11. While it may say all the Beachwood Bay books are stand alones, this novella is very clearly just a prologue; I can't imagine anyone reading just this and being satisfied. That being said, I loved the angst-y attraction of Brit and Hunter. Not sure I think a guy about to start college could wax so poetic about how one night with this girl has changed him but it was a beautiful passage. Excited to start the rest of their story right now in Unafraid.

    12. Sweetly Heartbreaking The rich guy with a mountain of expectation on his shoulders and the girl that everyone thinks will never amount to anything. There is a strong attraction but Brit knows they can never have more than this one night. This story neatly sets the scene for a follow up book.

    14. ExcellentA quick sexy read that is just the beginning of Hunter and Brit's story. Best read before Unafraid. Definitely worth the time.

    16. Untamed Hearts by Melody Grace is a Beachview Bay novel. Brittany Ray is the town slut. That is what everyone believes so that is the way she will act. If they don’t like her, she claims she isn’t worried about it. At least she isn’t following in her mother’s footsteps into drugs and alcohol. However, Brittany does have a heart and a sensitive soul. She has aspirations to join a design firm and design clothes. However, with no college education and no money, how can she do this? Hunter C [...]

    17. The last night of summer should be the end for many things. But for Brittany Ray and Hunter Covington, it's only the beginning. Brit is the daughter of a junkie mom and an absentee father. She is nothing but a disappointment with a bad reputation. She dreamed of the fairytales as a little girl but now knows that people will let you down no matter what. "Prince Charming would only leave in the end, leaving me heartbroken and alone. So I swore, I wouldn't fall for his bullshit. I would never let m [...]

    18. In Untamed Hearts, we meet Brit who is the sister of Emerson from the previous books Untouched and Unbroken. Brit acts like a tough girl who cant love since she feels she was never shown love at least from her parents. She doesn’t have any real guidance only that from Emerson but even that isn't much since he is trying to figure out his own life. Hunter comes from a family of privilege and he is expected to do certain things that come with the family name but all he wants is a simple life mana [...]

    19. Read my full review HERE at Into the Hall of Books. Untamed Hearts is a short prequel to the second book in the series and takes place three years before Unafraid. It tells the story of the brief time Brittany Ray and Hunter Covington spent together before he went off to college, leaving town for good (or so Brit thought). If you've read Unafraid, you know the story of Brit and Hunter; you know they spent a brief time together three years ago and then were reunited to form the relationship that [...]

    20. I love these little glimpses into how these couples meet and how the drama in their full length book got started. Hunter and Brit are pretty great together in this novella. They both have their images that they want to shed or at the very least have someone see beyond it. Hunter doesn’t want to be the rich boy who visits Beachwood Bay during the summer. He doesn’t want the life that his parents have set out for him. Brit doesn’t care that people see her as the town slut, but she wants Hunt [...]

    21. Lola's List of Problems with Untamed Hearts1. Teasing readers with such a short novella is just plain mean. In fact, it's downright diabolical. Moving on2. The chemistry wasn't as instant as it should have been for this story to work. Also, everything is very superficial.3. I refuse to believe that having sex with a total stranger one night leaves you with some kind of magical connection. Lust, maybe, and more interest, but not a connection like the one that would need to be present for these tw [...]

    22. "What a coincidence" Hunter drawls, "I'm heading nowhere too" This is a prequel to Unfraid. First of all, I would say that I didn't imagine Brit as the girl in the cover. (seems a bit far from what I imagine her). I liked this novella, well because Hunter is sweet and Britt is just misunderstood and misjudged my everyone one, well Hunter is living with tons of expectations while Brit is living with everyone expecting her to do nothing good. This certainly made me want to read the next one.

    23. Thinking of Emerson's little sister in a totally different light is good for me. In Unbroken and Untouched, Brittany Ray came off a little bratty to me. I mean, broken home or not, that's no way to treat the only person who ever bothered to care about you. Hunter seems pretty hot. His story is kind if like Juliet's, fake family, follow in their footsteps, but different for obvious reasons. It's a good starting point for Unafraid, that's for sure. I love unfinished business.

    24. Untamed Hearts was cute and sweet, but I wasn't feeling it as much as both the first two Beachwood Bay books. This takes place sometime during the period of time when Juliet and Emerson broke up which I found a little odd but it didn't really matter since you only see Emerson for a brief second. I also wasn't really into Brit and Hunter because all you have to go on is the fact they both watched each other all summer but never once ever talked. I'm sure I will love this couple when I read Unafra [...]

    25. Untamed Hearts was the cherry on top of the Hunter and Brittany sundae. If you've read Unafraid you know Brit and Hunter spent that one night together three years prior; this is that night and what a night it was! We see the chemistry, passion, intensity and feelings these two have for each other is apparent and mutual from the start. It was a night neither of them ever forgot and Lord knows I'll never forget it, I swear my heart was pounding right along with both of theirs! I'm ready for more f [...]

    26. Brit has given her brother Emerson a run for his money. He has been raising her for awhile now. Brit though is growing up and doesn't care what the town says about her. When she least expects it she runs into Hunter and he changes her life for one night. When Brit wakes up she runs from what could happen next. Hunter has made her feel like no one else could but can she really believe that Hunter could love her?

    27. This book is about Hunter and Britney. Britney is portrayed in the first two books as the hurt lost little girl - she is Emerson's sister. Emerson was left to raise her when her addict mother left and her father left when she was four. So she never felt loved and it had her build walls around her heart - she acted out because she did not want to get hurt. But Hunter came along and he saw through facade. This book is the prelude to their relationship.

    28. I liked it. Even though to be honest it's like a waste of pages, because the story in this book's basically written already in Unafraid. It's a good start for people who haven't read Unafraid, but for people who read it already, you guys don't need to read this book. But overall I enjoyed reading this book, Hunter's very sweet and I just want to hold him. Thanks Hunter for being there for Brit and vice versa. You guys perfect for each other. :)

    29. This was a great novella prequel to Unafraid, and I loved it! I see other reviews that say that they didn't love it because the love was so immediate for these two, but when your young, it's so easy to fall in love, and I believe you never forget your first although you may go your separate ways. These two had that, an immediate, maybe a little naïve, sense of love that wasn't ruined by life because it didn't have enough time to be. I highly recommend this book.

    30. I hate when this happens. I read this novella because it says it can be read as a stand aloneI should have known right then. It's so good that now I'm here before the sun comes up buying the entire series. This was a good and quick read, which was why I initially chose to read it. But sometimes characters keep you wanting more as in this case. Great novella!
