    1. Fast, Gripping and Gritty Read!I really wasn't sure what to expect from such a brief novella, but man, this story doesn't mess around with flowery descriptions and meaningless dialogue. Every word Singh writes serves a purpose, and as a writer that's a skill I admire.FAST LANE isn't a light, feel-good read, but it did grab me by the neck like Vincent Perez, Singh's protagonist and demand my attention. As I finished each paragraph, I wanted more, and I found myself reading faster, trying to keep [...]

    2. "Fast Lane" by Hardit Singh is a well written short story, a fast paced thriller and an intense read. Set in the world of porn production, drug abuse and murder there is little time to relax. The main character Vincent is an interesting creation as detective, it is hard to say more without giving away the plot of this novella. It is certainly well done and an entertaining and compulsive read but as many short stories do, this left me wanting for more and wondering why the author was not taking t [...]

    3. Hardit Singh is now one of my favorite Indie writers! Fast Lane is a short detective story, while the story provided a satisfactory end, I was left wanting to know more about the main characters, Vincent and Layla. Vincent reminded me a lot of Michael Connelly's 'Harry Bosch' character, flawed but likable, the type of guy you root for. While Vincent is trying to solve a murder, he's also dealing with drug addiction and Layla's betrayal, which in a way his own actions set in motion. I really enjo [...]

    4. Fast Lane is a fast-paced novella that delves into the seedy life of a corrupt police detective. Hardit Singh writes the story with purpose and doesn’t play around with meaningless details. It will grab your attention from the very first line and hold it until the last sentence. Once I picked it up, I couldn’t put it down.

    5. Good, fast-paced, if somewhat violent, short story. Drug taking and pornography are not exactly my favourite topics, but it was well written.
