    1. ★★★½This is the story of the second Conway brother Josh, who’s not just a rancher but also knows the mountains enough to look for missing people. He encounters Sierra when he is asked to rescue her from the mountains. And, while I enjoyed their love story more than Quinn and Cheyenne’s, the mystery encircling a stalker and the entire scene involving it near the end seemed to be a stretch to me.

    2. Josh Conway is a tracker who searches the mountain for missing hikers He gets a call saying that Sierra Moore was climbing the mountain to get pictures of the storm, and never got in touch whith the ranger station, so Josh starts looking for her. Sierra had been busy taking photographs, and never thought about checking in with the station. When they get back, he offers to let her stay the night at his family’s ranch. She declines at first, but after seeing a note in her car, she decides to go [...]

    3. Very good book with a good blend of romance and suspense. Josh is very much at home in the mountains and when the rangers ask him to find a missing hiker, he heads right out. Finding Sierra wasn't hard, she wasn't lost at all. She is a photographer and had simply gotten involved in what she was doing and forgotten to check in. She's a bit wary of Josh when he shows up but it isn't long before she comes to trust him. She's glad to have him on her side when a stalker shows up. I really liked both [...]

    4. Josh is book 2 in the Wyoming Sky series by R.C. Ryan. I loved it! Honestly, I read a couple of not so friendly reviews about this book and was really less than enthusiastic about reading even though book 1 showed a lot of promise. I am so glad that I didn't let those reviews stop me from picking this one up. It was so much better than the first book. Josh Conway is the middle son in the Conway family. He makes his living contributing to the very profitable family ranch. He is also the man that [...]

    5. I received this book for free through First Reads in exchange for a review.I believe I might have found a new favorite Western/Romance writer! R.C. Ryan's tale was witty, exciting, heart-warming, dangerous, and sexy! I fell in love with rancher/rescuer hero Josh Conway. His character as a capable rancher and a smart fearless mountain rescuer was very appealing. His family was very lovable and I quickly was smitten by all the wonderful family scenes featured. Female love interest, photographer S [...]

He is also a top notch climber and has been known to help the officials by going up into the mountain to help rescue people who are lost. His mother had disappeared when he was younger, with no clues. 7. This is the book that every reviewer dreads. In fact, it is the book that every reviewer at The Window Seat REALLY dreads. It is the book that takes you WAAAY out of your comfort zone. As fate would have it, none of us are into contemporary westerns. Set the western back a few hundred years, and I might be tempted, but the three of us generally avoid these books like the plague. But when you have to review them, you have to remember that the book by its nature is unappealing and look beyond it t [...]

    8. Good, not great. What is appearing to be a theme for this author (twice now) is the lack of any type of contraception talk before (or during) the sexy times (that are fairly mild). Just once, since this is a contemporary. Overall, I liked Sierra and Josh, both individually and together. I enjoyed the family and how close knit there were. The big question is, are we going to get an answer in regards to Seraphine and what happened to her in the last book? She (their mother who just disappeared- no [...]

I will be looking into her backlist! These are strong loyal men with true hearts of gold!!Josh Conway is the one the rangers call when a climber gets lost on the mountains, and they can’t find them. Josh grew up sneaking out of the house to climb more so after his mother’s disappearance. He is all set to help his broth [...]

    10. This is book 2 in the Wyoming Sky series. Josh is the middle son. As a young boy after the disappearance of his mother he used to hike the Teton mountains on his families property. It was his way of finding peace. He had special places on the mountain he would go and just think and be. As a grown up he's the one they call when the professionals can't find missing hikers. This is what he thinks he's doing when he finds photographer Sierra Moore in a tent in the middle of a blizzard. Thing is she' [...]

    11. Sweet romance with some drama and a sometimes dumb heroine. Fell a little flat on occasion and rather rushed through the romance part. The male MC (Josh) in this story was nicely developed, as was the female MC (Sienna). The book centers around the Conway family, who lives on a large ranch in Wyoming. Josh is a rancher who is also very familiar with the surrounding mountains, so when the rangers call him about a missing female hiker, Josh sets out to find her. What he doesn't know is that Sienna [...]

    12. Funny little anecdote: I found out about this series at the local bookstore because a copy of Josh was for sale. The other brothers were nowhere to be found. I've been wanting to read Josh for ages now, so it seems only right that he's my favorite brother so far.I really liked Josh and Sierra's love story much more than the first book in this series, Quinn (which follows the title character and his now-wife Cheyenne). Josh and Sierra feel like a much more compatible match and theirs is a love st [...]

    13. A very cute, heartwarming story. A "lost" hiker, Sierra Morrre, is found in the middle of a snow storm in the Teton's by none other than the infmous Josh Conway. Sierra has given up on love being a true thing because her parents never got married and she now believes tha men will say empty words to get a women into her bed, but her heart starts to tell her otherwise when a stranger comes into her tent. Josh loves to climb mountains, ever since he was little, and when the rangers can't find a los [...]

    14. Not realizing that Josh was 2nd in a series, it is the first book I have read by this author. I enjoyed it, and am getting ready to go back and read the book that comes first, Quinn. I enjoyed the main characters in this book, Josh Conway and Sierra Moore, and I thought the secondary characters were likeable. I look forward to reading more about this group of characters.Josh Conway is often called upon for mountain rescues in his area, and he is asked to check on a hiker who is late returning fr [...]

    15. After reading the first one in the trilogy, I wasn't sure I wanted to read the next book. Well I'm glad I decided to do it after all. I became very fond of this three generation family that live and work together and have so much fun doing it. You have the grandfather, the father, and his three grown men sons, as well as the cook and housekeeper who's also a surrogate mother to the boys since their mom disappeared when they were young. I look forward and hope we'll learn in the last book what ha [...]

A loner most of his life he is called out to rescue a missing climber. He ends up meeting an amazing woman who he is instantly attracted to both from a physical perspective and from his glimpse of her personality. What starts as a rescue ends up becoming more than he expected and it was nice to see. Sierra has issues major issues t [...]

    17. This second story in the Wyom ing Sky series is just as good as the first one. This is brother Josh's story as he saves a woman off of the mountain in a blizzard. He finds a beautiful woman who loves the storms and loves to take great pictures in the wilderness. She has had a very solitary life and finds the happenings in the Conway family very heartwarming and eye-opening to see how a family works. Of course getting to her climbing buddy and finding a clamness to her life when he is around make [...]

    18. This is the 2nd book in the Wyoming Sky serires. I really like Josh and enjoyed revisiting the characters from the first book, Quinn. Sierra is a different story. There were parts of her personality that I likeed and other parts that I didn't. She was outgoing, but made stupid decisions. When she first came to the ranch and had to confess her background, it just wasn't that big of a deal. She made it seem that she committed a crime. Her quick thoughtless decisions turned me against her sometimes [...]

    19. Josh was a real fun book to read. I liked him and his attitude. I esecially liked his relationship with Big Jim, his grandfather. When Josh is called up to search for a photographer who never checked in while hiking in the Tetons, he has no idea how much his life is about to change. You gotta love their first interaction in the tent with plastic cutlery. I like Sierra's spunk. Sebastian sure was a piece of work. This story moved ahead quickly, but smoothly, for me. I'd love to see the pics from [...]

    20. This has turned out to be a wonderful series. I enjoyed Quinn and I loved Josh. R. C. Ryan writes sweet, sexy and suspenseful romance books that will keep you on the edge of your seat at times and make you sigh at other times. Sierra was a strong and loving person even though she was basically left to raise herself and felling life was full of lies. Josh was always surrounded by the people he loved and he shows Sierra what love and family means. I highly recommend this series to everyone. Oh and [...]

    21. Josh was a fantastic romantic story involving a good ol' romantic, gentlemen of a cowboy! The story had light suspense and mystery which was good. However, it was the family values of 3 generations living together with all their love and hard work that really impressed me. Thank you R.C. Ryan for a fantastic story!! My ONLY disappointment to the book was that I was hoping the father, Cole, and their housekeeper, Phoebe, would end up together. Maybe in the future??? Thank you for the free book.

    22. This was a wonderful follow up to "Quinn", the first book in the trilogy.I really enjoyed the love story between Josh and Sierra. I enjoyed the big Conway family with all the wonderful characters and I also like the thrill in the story. Everything fitted together and left me with a happy feeling after reading.I really enjoy reading such love stories without much drama. The thriller story was a bit predictable but that didn't make the book any less good or fun for me.Looking forward for the third [...]

    23. This second book in the Wyoming Sky series is as good, if not better, than the first. Josh, a very strong, family oriented, cowboy meets Sierra, a free spirited photographer with non-traditional parents. Their backgrounds are are totally different but they are very much attracted to one another. This is a heart-grabbing story with great emphasis on family. I highly recommend this book to everyone who enjoys a really good romance.

    24. Josh by R.C.RyanI didn't enjoy this one as much as I did the other two book in the series: "Quinn" and "Jake". "Josh" had a little more cheesy dialog in a few spots and the female lead was annoying at times. Sierra is my least favorite type of female character - wishy-washy instead of standing up to a cruel person. These characters were the weakest of the bunch. Still, R.C. Ryan writes interesting stories and they are worth a read.
