    1. 3.5 starsIt seems like these graphic novels really focus on the political conflicts rather than the characters and relationships, which is sorta upsetting because I really, really loved Jem in this book and that aspect of it got a bit lost with this translation. Nevertheless, the art in here is so stunning and this trilogy is so well-done that I had to give it the credit it deserves, just as a well-concocted storyline.

    5. Of course, I had to rate this book 5 stars, I knew I would love it. I have already read the Infernal Devices and it was such a beautiful series. When I found out that there was manga for these books, I HAD to read it. I already read the manga for Clockwork Angel, so I started to read Clockwork Prince. And they did an awesome job with this book and the art was so beautiful. “Wo bu xiang shi qu ni.” If you haven't heard of this series, it is about a sixteen year old girl named Tessa. While wan [...]

    7. A freaking gem! The art beautiful, the scenes are so on point. The shadowhunter world is as impressive as always. The relationships starting to blossom are goals. The characters are so fond to my heart. And the love between Jem and Tessa and Will kills me and brings me back to life time after time.

    8. Ahhhhhhh, this volume is so satisfying. We learn a lot more of Will's backstory which may actually surprise you, we learn about demon pox and who is carrying it, we see Charlotte and Henry Branwell fighting to remain as leaders of the institute and we learn the following:Jem asks Tessa to marry him (and she accepts) - I bloody love Jem! Jessamine and Nate (Tessa's brother) are secretly married! Will isn't actually cursed as he previously thought and so is free to let those who love him close (we [...]

    10. Eh, it was a pretty good graphic novel adaptation but I was SO SO PISSED THAT THEY DIDN'T PUT WILL'S DEMON POX SONG. OR THE WE LIVE AND BREATHE WORDS QUOTE.I MEAN WHY THE HELL NOT?>:(

    11. This is immensely better of an adaptation of the novel than Clockwork Angel manga, albeit I had to ignore how it portrayed Magnus and Henry -.-. I felt all the feels, cried about it just as I had reading the book, so I’d say it translates pretty well! With maybe a few more chapters, this could be further detailed (I would’ve appreciated chibi Will doing the duck dance). I still wouldn’t recommend reading the manga alone without having read the books. The novels definitely have a lot more [...]

    14. Either 8 or 8.5/10Not sure if this volume just ended up working better as a manga, or if I've begun to warm to this series in a visual format, but I really enjoyed this volume!

    15. This broke my heart into a million pieces!!! I love both Jem and Will so much!!! Honestly, these books get better and better with each installment! As with the Clockwork Angel manga, I don't think that these are substitutes for the novels themselves. Whilst they do cover the main plot points, they (of course) don't cover ever detail from the novels. With that being said, this was yet again another amazing manga, and I think fans of The Infernal Devices will really enjoy this edition of the book. [...]

    16. I am just flying through these manga's. I mean they only take me an hour to an hour and a half to read and the longest is if I get distracted. I forgot how much I loved this story and how much it tears out my heart and rips it to pieces. The line that Tessa says "I didn't break his heart but ripped mine in two" is how I feel. I love Jem and Tessa and Will for all their different attributes and them working together. The ending of this made me happy, no spoilers, but I know that things will chang [...]

    17. I'm giving this manga 3.5 stars. I did enjoy it but it started at Chapter 9 went through all the major plot points of the book and then ended at Chapter 16. BOOOO I want to see the whole book in pictures dammit! Ha-ha!!!If you have read The Infernal Devices and you would like a fresher of the books definitely check out the mangas. They are a great catch up to a story that you already love. If you are new to the booksad the novels first or you will be missing a lot of awesome dialogue. There are [...]

    21. I liked the first installment a little bit more than this, but the story is interesting and the illustrations are cool so I will keep on reading even if YA have never been my cup of tea.Il primo volume mi era piaciuto di piú, ma la storia regge e le illustrazioni non sono male quindi continueró a leggere nonostante i romanzi YA non mi siano mai piaciuti.

    23. Book ReviewBook Title: Clockwork Prince (The Infernal Devices, Manga #2)Author: Cassandra ClareIllustrator: HyeKyung BaekReview:This manga does a great job of sticking close to the source material. I often find that rehashes of books/movies/television series often stray and try to do their own thing, but this adaption is pretty spot on.This adaption also does a good job of developing characters in the picture print setting. I liked seeing the characters alongside the words that went with them. I [...]

    24. “Wo ai ni, Tessa,” he whispered. “Wo bu xiang shi qu ni.” She knew, without knowing how she knew, what the words meant. I love you. And I don’t want to lose you.” This was a lot better than the Clockwork Angel manga, which is not surprising seeing as the trilogy improved with each book. I'm reminded all over again why this story has such a hold on me. Despite the lack of character development, it's still a breeze to read. I just "fill in the blanks" when I know something has been lef [...]

    25. I think the best way to get back into reading is reading something you've read before in a different way. I understand its a bit unorthodox to read the 2nd book before the 1st but I've already read this series so I think I deserve a pass. Honestly, reading the book and looking at the book as if it was in a movie form are very different forms. I never really how gruesome the monsters appeared or how some "blush-worthy" moments were soahem. I really want to reread this series in all the manga form [...]
